Thank you for choosing VogeyGolf, the mobile app designed to enhance your golfing experience. Before you proceed, please carefully read and understand the following Terms of Use ("Terms") as they govern your use of the VogeyGolf mobile app (referred to as the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and VogeyGolf. By using the App, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into such an agreement or have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.

4.1. The App, including all its content and features, is owned or licensed by VogeyGolf and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written permission from VogeyGolf.

4.2. You retain ownership of any content you submit or share through the App. By posting content, you grant VogeyGolf a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content for the purposes of operating and improving the App.

5. Third-Party Content and Links

5.1. The App may include links to third-party websites or services. VogeyGolf does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content or services.

5.2. Your interactions with third-party websites or services are solely between you and the respective third parties. VogeyGolf shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from such interactions.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VogeyGolf shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

6.2. The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. VogeyGolf does not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

7. Termination

7.1. VogeyGolf reserves the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
